All items on sale are final purchases with the exception of shoes purchased at $50+. Items bought during a sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of damaged goods or shoes $50+.

We ship directly from our headquarters in New Orleans, LA to your doorstop or directly from our brand partners. This means you'll likely receive multiple packages if you purchase from more than one brand.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PRICES:

International shipping (currently offered to Europe, AU, and New Zealand):

-For Europe, free shipping for Ocelot Market shoes $150+, Proud Mary Footwear, CANO, Pala Eyewear, and Es Par Ta.

-For all other products available, shipping is a flat rate of $25

We ship orders within 2-3 business days of being ordered unless specified on the product page or on our "Shipping Policy & Timelines" page (https://ocelotmarket.com/pages/shipping-timelines) that longer is needed. You will receive tracking information as soon as it's shipped.

Items flagged as "Made to order" require 2-3 weeks to process.

For US orders, you can return any new, unworn, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a refund (excluding sale items). Just send us an email to hello@ocelotmarket.com (or text or live chat us) and we'll send you a return label to attach to your order to ship back to us.

*UPDATED NOV. 2022:

Free exchanges is complimentary for all US orders.

Returns are subject to a $7 shipping fee that we'll deduct from your refund. We're a small company that measures its success in work provided to artisan partners, not in the money we make (which is $0). We try to provide as much info. and opportunities to ask questions before purchasing as possible, please reach out!

We do not accept returns that we were not made aware of in advance and we do not reimburse for shipping costs because we provide courier labels to be used.

All sale items are final sale with the exception of shoes purchased at $50+. There are no returns on all other items bought on sale.

International Return Policy:Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns on international orders. If you'd like to return or exchange something, please reach out to us via email at hello@ocelotmarket.com for instructions. We do not accept returns without knowing of them in advance of shipping to us. Returns to us could take 3+ weeks due to international postal transit times. We will always gladly work with you on ensuring you have the right size for an exchange for any product sold (as long as the right size is available).

To request a return, please email us at hello@ocelotmarket.com, live chat, or text us at 617-506-9093. We will then approve and send you a return label to attach to your order to ship back to us.

Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving the item. If you're unsure if we got the item back, please check the tracking for your return label or send us an email at hello@ocelotmarket.com.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact hello@ocelotmarket.com.  Please include in your email photos of the item and the issue as well as your order number. We will be sure to take care of you!

Since we source from workshops that are abroad, we do not offer resoling at this time.  However if you do have issues with the quality of the shoes within your first ninety days, please contact us and we will take care of you.

We try to be responsible and sustainable in every aspect of our business. Unfortunately, using faux leather in our current economy actually uses a lot of bad chemicals and is not truly sustainable. We do use real leather in many of our shoes.
